How To Join The Fetchin! Freebies Club
- Sign Up For Our Stamp Card! To keep things easy, we have created a card for Dog Walks and one for Cat/Pet Visits. You can add it to the “wallet” on your phone to track your paw-gress. We will send you reminders so you know when your freebie is coming up!
- We do the tracking for you! Sit back and watch those “paws” pile up! Stamps/Rewards will be updated in our client portal the day after the service has been completed.

You’ll automatically receive a 5% discount when you sign up for our stamp card, allowing you to earn a free service after every 20 bookings—no prepayments or minimum booking requirements needed!*

Restrictions Apply
- You will earn one (1) “paw” stamp for every eligible service completed. Stamps will be credited to your account the day after each service is completed and will be based on the service time requirement.
- Collect twenty (20) stamps to receive one (1) free service.
- Stamps will only be awarded for full-price services.
- Stamps and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
- Paw Stamp Cards are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other cards or accounts.
- Rewards may only be redeemed for a service of equal or lesser value to the average service on the card.
- Stamps cannot be earned for 15-Minute Potty Breaks or 20-Minute Walks/Visits.
- Rewards may be applied to services booked on any day, including holidays; however, additional add-ons or surcharges will still apply and must be paid at the time of billing.
- Eligible services include Cat Visits, Dog Walks, and Vacation Pet Visits. Stamps cannot be earned or redeemed for VIP services, such as Private Boarding, In-Home Overnights, or Almost Overnight services.
- Free services must be redeemed within two (2) months of earning and will expire one (1) year after the date they are earned.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Paw Stamp Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
- Any disputes regarding the program or rewards will be subject to our final decision.
