We want to ensure that your furry friends receive the best possible care during these busy times, which is why we have a holiday surcharge in place. This surcharge helps guarantee that we have enough coverage during our busiest times of the year.

Key Pickup/Drop off Fee
To ensure the safety and security of our clients’ homes, we require the use of a lockbox or keypad for entry. This provides flexibility for our team and keeps keys secure. Lockboxes can be purchased inexpensively at any home improvement store or online. Exceptions can be made for those living in apartments or condos with restrictions. If we need to hold your key and are required to return it between visits, a key pickup/drop off fee will be charged for each trip.
